Realme X50 5G will use the Snapdragon 765G chipset

Late last month, Realme announced a Realme X50 5G phone with dual-mode 5G support. The Chinese company has not announced when the X50 5G will be launched, but has now revealed which chipset will power the phone.

Realme has announced that the X50 5G will implement the recently launched Snapdragon 765G SoC, which is a variant of the Snapdragon 765 model but with a slightly stronger GPU. The chipset also has an integrated Snapdragon X52 5G modem, which offers download speeds of up to 1.2Gbps for 4G and up to 3.7Gbps for 5G.

A poster has also been released, showing the Realme silhouette of an X50 5G phone, revealing that the device will have a punch-hole in the upper left corner of the display, with two selfie cameras.

There are currently not too many details about the Realme X50 5G phone, but more information is expected over the coming weeks.
